Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers throughout the installation process
• Help resolve customer concerns and questions
• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with sales, operations, permitting, and installation teams
• Document customer interactions and account updates
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Assist in reducing cancellations and improving customer retention

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Experience in customer service, retention, collections, or account management preferred
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems
• Team-oriented mindset
