Data Entry​/ Customer Service

Rayon Lighting & Integer Lights is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Clerk to join our team! This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter orders and data into relevant systems.
• Input and update data accurately into database systems and spreadsheets
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into systems
• Compile and sort information to prepare data for entry
• Generate reports from database systems as required
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Identify and correct errors in data entries
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

• Prior experience in order processing, customer service, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in Odoo is a plus
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Excellent in Excel
• Excellent communications skills as you will be speaking directly with clients
• Typing Speed Above 60 WPM
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret order processing data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to multi-task and quickly reset priorities as needed depending on incoming workflow
• Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to continuously be accurate and precise throughout the workday
• This role requires in-office presence
