Customer Service Representative

Hybrid Tues, Wed Onsite
Seeking a Customer Services Support Operator to deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and online chat in a fast-paced hybrid environment. This role supports order management, customer inquiries, and issue resolution while collaborating with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat, and CRM while prioritizing urgent requests.
• Process SAP transactions including order entry, order status, returns, credits, debits, and quotations.
• Manage Salesforce mailboxes, queues, and customer interactions with accurate documentation.
• Support customers using online catalog and ordering platforms.
• Research, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve customer issues using available resources.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers on order execution, returns, product selection, and order status.
• Deliver professional customer service in a call center environment and maintain detailed customer records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer support or call center experience.
• Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience handling customer escalations and providing professional service.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree and exposure to HVAC, Building Automation, or Fire Safety products.
