Key Responsibilities:

• Book interviews through inbound and outbound channels
• Conduct candidate interviews for various company openings
• Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for all new hires and departing staff
• Perform administrative tasks including paperwork, filing, data entry, and copying
• Greet and assist candidates and visitors with professionalism and hospitality
• Support the Regional Manager with daily office duties and special projects
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for applicants and team members
• Ensure recruiting goals are met through strong communication and follow-through
• Represent our company values by serving others and promoting a culture of growth and second chances

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-time, in-office role)
