Nexeo Staffing is hiring a Laborer to join a growing precast concrete company in Washington, Utah. This full-time, long-term opportunity offers stability, hands-on experience, and strong potential for advancement. Construction experience is preferred, along with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties within a precast concrete facility and outdoor yard
• Assist with building and assembling molds for concrete products such as pipes, boxes, and infrastructure components
• Place and tie rebar, prepare forms, and support pouring and finishing of concrete
• Operate basic hand tools and assist with machinery under supervision
• Strip forms, clean molds, and prepare materials for the next production cycle
• Load, unload, and move materials using proper lifting techniques and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual — consistent attendance is critical
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing repetitive labor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
• Willing to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust)
• Positive attitude and ability to take direction and work in a team
• Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Experience with hand tools, measurements, or materials like rebar/concrete is a plus (not required)

Pay

$20.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
