Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My 96. year old grandmother with dementia is being discharged from the hospital - she had partial hip replacement surgery. SHe is walking some with a walker but needs someone with her while walking. She needs help with monitoring her going to the bathroom etc. She has dementia and can sometimes be difficult so need someone who can handle redirecting her, etc. when she gets angry. She doens't like to accept help About the care needs: Someone kind but firm and experience with dementia/alzheimer patients is a must. SHe will need help getting up out of bed so someone strong. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
