Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're looking for a house manager primarily and help with occasional babysitting for date nights and rare overnight trips. House manager: 5-10 hours/week, prefer mornings. We need help with light cleaning, organizing, laundry, meal prep, pets, errands, etc. For babysitting it would be random nights on occasion. We're also ideally looking to build trust with someone for short (1-2) overnight stays. We have 2 kids (6yo girl and 3 yo boy) that are fun and kind and potty trained. We also have 2 cats.
