Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a nanny to watch our 15-month-old daughter in our home 2-3 days a week. The days will fall on M/W/F and the hours are generally 8:15/8:30 - 5:45/6:30 (latest). I work from home some days so will pop out for visits, etc. Job description & qualifications: - light house keeping - light cooking - CPR certified - non-smoker - cameras in home - 2 friendly dogs - screen free play (we do Montessori type play) - flexible schedule - okay with only receiving payment for actual hours worked (opposed to a salary, but willing to discuss) - open to extra days in September while other caregiver is on vacation Thank you!
