Childcare Needed

I am looking for a babysitter for my 7-year-old twin boys in Cherry Hill, Monday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. The main responsibilities include helping them with their morning routine, such as washing up, getting dressed, eating breakfast, brushing their teeth, and making sure they safely get on the school bus. My boys are energetic and have their own unique personalities, so I am looking for someone who is warm, calm, and understanding of their individual needs. I hope to find someone who can build a caring relationship with them and stay with our family long-term.
