House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a regular housekeeper to help with cleaning and tidying up as well as laundry and similar duties. This would be for 10-12 hours per month, in either weekly or every 2 week cadence. We're flexible on the schedule, and can be agreed on together. Spanish speaking is a plus. Must be comfortable woth dogs - We have a (medium/small) dog that likes to be around people at our place.
