Experience Caregivers (CNA.PCA, HHA, Full & Part time)

Golden Heart Care Services LLC is hiring compassionate and dependable PCA, HHA, and CNA caregivers for multiple locations throughout Connecticut.

We are looking for caring professionals who are committed to providing high-quality, respectful, and reliable care to clients in their homes. Candidates should be dependable, professional, and comfortable assisting clients with activities of daily living while promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities include:

* Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)

* Provide companionship and emotional support

* Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention measures

* Prepare meals and assist with meal planning as needed

* Provide medication reminders

* Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care

* Assist with errands and transportation when required

* Observe and report changes in the client’s condition

* Follow the client’s individualized care plan

* Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

* Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and Golden Heart Care Services staff

Qualifications:

* PCA, HHA, CNA, or relevant caregiving experience preferred

* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

* Ability to pass required background screening

* Dependable and punctual

* Compassionate and respectful attitude

* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the care team

* Ability to safely perform the physical duties associated with caregiving

Schedule:

Flexible schedules available. Day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend opportunities may be available depending on client needs.
