Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $30.00. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the safe, efficient operation of all plant equipment
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and address equipment inefficiencies
• Support equipment changeovers with minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Assist with building maintenance and ensure a clean, professional plant environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical certification preferred
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience in plastics or similar technical field
• Strong mechanical skills and experience with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to work independently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP systems
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds and work in hot/cold conditions
• Forklift certification is a plus
