General Production Worker

Job Title: General Production worker

Pay rate: $19.50/hr

Shift: 7pm-7am -- 2,2,3 schedule

Responsibilities

• Prepare the wipes production area and ensure all materials and equipment are ready for operation.
• Load paper spools in the front room of the production facility so they can be converted into cut wipes.
• Monitor spools during production and change them as needed to maintain continuous product flow.
• Remove and dispose of trash and cardboard throughout the wipes floor to support safe and efficient production.
• Calculate accurate tallies during loading, unloading, and warehouse processes and record them clearly.
• Inspect all equipment used on a daily basis and promptly report any defects to management.
• Maintain an efficient product flow throughout the warehouse and production operations.
• Keep the warehouse and production areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Support production lines by responding to material requests and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.

Essential Skills

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
• Strong motivation and a solid work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Willingness to prove oneself and take on additional responsibility to advance.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods during long shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Elhattan, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
