Diversified Support Services is seeking dependable CNC or Plastic Injection Molding Operators in the Alabaster, AL area to support manufacturing operations in a hands-on industrial environment. This role involves industrial fabrication equipment and following established safety procedures in a fast-paced facility.
Responsibilities
- Operating CNC machines and relative equipment
- Safely remove finished parts from equipment and complete required finishing and packaging processes.
- Follow machine operating procedures, production requirements, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Participate in hands-on training and work closely with trainers and experienced team members to learn equipment operations.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, CNC and or injection molding, or similar industrial experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a hot, hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Ability to learn and safely operate industrial machinery and follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated to grow within a manufacturing organization.
Schedule & Pay
- 1st Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 4:30pm- 3:00am
- Monday through Thursday with the possibility of OT on Fridays.
- Pay: $16-$17.00/hr (DOE)
