Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
\n
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns.
\n
• Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) and accurately document vehicle condition and findings.
\n
• Perform major mechanical repairs and component replacements.
\n
• Document recommended repairs clearly and accurately.
\n
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while working efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
\n
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to support an efficient repair workflow.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Minimum 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
\n
• Strong automotive diagnostic and drivability skills.
\n
• Experience diagnosing electrical concerns and completing complex mechanical repairs.
\n
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
\n
• Independent repair shop experience is preferred.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively with Service Advisors and other team members.
\n

Compensation & Benefits
