\nKey Responsibilities

- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting. \n
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns. \n
- Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) and accurately document vehicle condition and findings. \n
- Perform major mechanical repairs and component replacements. \n
- Document recommended repairs clearly and accurately. \n
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while working efficiently in a flat-rate environment. \n
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to support an efficient repair workflow. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Minimum 5+ years of automotive repair experience. \n
- Strong automotive diagnostic and drivability skills. \n
- Experience diagnosing electrical concerns and completing complex mechanical repairs. \n
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment. \n
- Independent repair shop experience is preferred. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively with Service Advisors and other team members. \n
Compensation & Benefits

- $45-$55 per flagged hour, flat rate. \n
