Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: She's diagnosed with early stage dementia. She mobile at the moment and knows everything. She extremely social, but my father has reached the point where he's unable to leave her during the day. We know this will only get worse so we're looking for help now. About the care needs: Looking for someone that is a good cook and someone that loves to socialize/listen. It would help if they have experience dealing with someone with dementia. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
