Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I would only need transportation for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to pick up and take parent to dialysis and pick them up from dialysis at 2:30 and return them home. The dialysis center is only 1 mile from there home. About the care needs: My parent will need help ambulating there in a wheel chair so it will need to be a transport vehicle. Services needed include: transportation.
