Companion Care Needed

We need live-in home care for anywhere from 1 day to 10 days at a time, to take care of my mother in Marlborough when we are travelling. We are retired. We have a guest room. She is pretty self sufficient but we don't want to leave her alone. We have a medium size dog who would also need to be fed 3 times a day and walked. And our mother in law would need assist getting breakfast and dinner, but could be on her own for lunch. And you could come and go as needed, but would be a live in situation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Local to Marlboro or close by helps, as it makes it easier for you to go back and forth to your home as needed.
