Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

I'm a mom looking for a caregiver to watch my 1-year-old son weekday mornings while I work from home. I'd love someone who enjoys hands-on, active toddler care and getting outside. Responsibilities: Feed pre-made meals & simple snacks, diaper changes & hygiene care, lead engaging indoor/outdoor activities (play, walks, sensory play), consistent nap routine (around 12pm), light tidy-up. What I'm looking for: Experience with infants/toddlers (references preferred), CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified), comfortable with cats and dogs in my home, patient and engaged both indoors and out in all seasons.
