Babysitter Needed for my Children

Seeking either full-time nanny or two people to share the position (morning and afternoons) given a challenging work schedule. Morning person would help get kids ready for school, onto the bus about 7:15a, help with dog (she is pretty lazy), tidying around the house. Would need to be able to be here the scheduled time in case school is cancelled or a kids has to stay home ill.
