Nanny Needed

Looking for someone kind, patient, and playful to help care for my four and 1-year-old daughters (usually will be one at a time). Would especially love to work with someone who has experience with or understanding of neurodiversity. My older daughter is in preschool M-F until 12:30. Responsibilities would sometimes include picking her up from preschool and sometimes staying at home while my younger daughter naps and I pick up my older daughter. After that, primary role would be to care for and play with my older daughter while my youngest naps. I (mom) will typically be present in the home as well.
