Licensed Esthetician

Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness is expanding. We are adding two clinical roles to our team and we are looking for a licensed esthetician who treats skin health as a discipline, not a service menu.

We are a nurse practitioner led aesthetics and wellness practice at 330 S Main St in downtown Yuma. Our medical director is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP, FNP-C) who oversees clinical protocols and provider training. Our clients expect a real plan, real education, and real results.

This position starts part-time with room to grow. Hours are built around the right person. If you bring an established clientele, we will build the schedule around your book. If you are building your book, we will help you build it.

Compensation

Hourly base plus performance-based earnings. Your base is set by your experience, certifications, and clientele. We review the full compensation structure during the interview process.

What you will do

• Deliver medical grade facial treatments and professional skin care services

• Run personalized consultations and build results-focused treatment plans

• Educate clients on in-office treatment progressions and home care regimens

• Recommend and support medical grade product protocols

• Maintain clean, accurate treatment records

• Support laser and device treatments if certified

Requirements

• Current Arizona esthetician license

• Experience with medical grade treatments and professional skin care lines

• Ability to run a consultation and build a treatment plan, not just perform a service

• Strong communication skills and genuine interest in skin health

Strongly preferred

• Experience in a medical spa or physician or NP led practice

• Laser certification

• Established clientele

• Track record of client retention and rebooking
