Job Description
Northern Lights needs a dependable CNA to transport residents to appointments and outings around Minot. Set schedule, no rotating shifts, and a team that treats each other like family.
What you'll do:
Drive residents to appointments and community outings in our facility van
Operate the wheelchair lift and secure mobility devices
Assist with transfers and personal care during transport; report changes to the charge nurse
Keep the van clean, fueled, and ready to roll
What you'll need:
Current ND CNA certification in good standing
Valid ND driver's license and clean driving record
Age 21+ (insurance requirement)
Background check and drug screen
Pay: $25–$26/hour based on experience.
