Your impact

You’ll transform raw materials into finished goods by executing tightly controlled processes and documenting each step. Think harvest-to-pack with food-safe discipline and craftsmanship.

Core responsibilities

• Support the entire production flow: harvesting, drying, grinding, blending, and packaging
• Handle and mix materials, including 55 lb bags, to exacting standards
• Follow production formulas and SOPs with precision
• Read scales and measurement devices accurately; perform basic math/conversions
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete in-process quality checks; escalate any variances
• Maintain a spotless, organized, GMP-compliant workspace
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and quality protocols
• Collaborate to meet daily targets and drive continuous improvement

• Strong basic math and measurement reading

• Background in manufacturing, food production, or warehousing is beneficial but not required

Compensation, schedule, and growth

• $23.00/hour starting pay
• Full-time, long-term opportunity with a reliable schedule
• Facility runs 7 days/week, 4:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Start at 4:00 AM or 7:00 AM
• Weekend availability required
