Position Overview Are you looking for a role where you can do meaningful work, grow professionally, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance? Do you value patient-centered care, modern technology, and a collaborative team environment?
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Doctor of Optometry (OD) to join a premier, fast-growing national eye care organization in Norwalk, OH. Residents enjoy a tight-knit community feel, excellent local schools, historic downtown shopping and dining, and easy access to outdoor recreation at nearby reservoirs and parks. Situated just 20 minutes south of Lake Erie and Sandusky, Norwalk combines small-town warmth with quick connectivity to Cleveland, Akron, and Toledo.
Organization Overview Our high-end, well-equipped practice group is a leader in primary care, committed to a model that prioritizes the doctor-patient relationship. By handling the administrative, operational, and marketing complexities, our organization ensures that its providers can dedicate their full attention to clinical excellence.
The practice environment is collaborative and high-energy, featuring modern diagnostic equipment, an established patient base, and a fully trained technical team. It is an ideal setting for both seasoned providers and new graduates looking for a supportive infrastructure, specialized peer mentorship, and a strong community presence.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of optometry.
