Encore Enterprise is the largest Five Guys franchisee in the United States. In the last 5 years, Encore has grown from 8 stores, in California, in 2014, to 55 stores in California (21), Colorado (12), Oklahoma (12) and Massachusetts (9).

Shift Leaders and Management:

Managers and Shift Leaders play just as important of a role in Five Guys operations as the General Manager does. Managers and Shift Leaders are trained to work in many different positions within the restaurant. The goal for all Five Guys Leadership is to progress in their career; let Five Guys and Encore help you with this.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

- Maintain fast accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.

- May assist GM in day to day operations with tasks that include but not limited to scheduling, ordering, P&L management and team development.

- Works as a leader by supporting other employees while they complete their tasks.

- May assist GM in interviewing of Crew Members

- Motivates, coaches and leads in the training of new Crew Members.
