What You'll Be Doing

As an AdvancedSupps Storefront & Order Fulfillment Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately process and package online orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
• Customer Service: Assist customers in-store with product inquiries, purchases, and general support to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Store Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked storefront.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Trevor (Owner) and Adina (Customer Service & Administrative Director) to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role starts as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, retail, or order fulfillment.
• Dependability: A strong work ethic and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
• Motivation: A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning about our products and industry.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy and efficiency when fulfilling orders and managing inventory.
• Communication Skills: Friendly and professional interaction with customers and team members alike.
