???? Overnight Client Service Representatives

Our greatest need is for dedicated overnight team members who enjoy working evenings and overnights while supporting our 24-hour emergency hospital.

Available Overnight Shifts Include:

•  7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 
•  10:00 PM – 5:00 AM 
•  Additional overnight schedules may be available. 

⭐ Weekend Client Service Representatives

We're also expanding our weekend team with opportunities on:

•  Saturdays 
•  Sundays 
•  Full-day, swing, and evening shifts available 

Weekend positions are ideal for candidates seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact in emergency veterinary medicine.

What You'll Do

•  Welcome and support clients during emergency and specialty visits 
•  Coordinate patient check-in and discharge 
•  Answer multi-line phones and assist referring veterinarians 
•  Maintain accurate medical records 
•  Support doctors and technicians in delivering exceptional client service 
•  Help create a calm, compassionate experience during stressful situations
