Systems Engineer

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 16+ years of overall IT experienceHands-on experience installing and configuring vCenter ServerExperience managing ESXi clustersStrong knowledge of VMware technologies, including:vSpherevCenterAria SuiteExperience implementing NSX, SRM, and/or vSAN in disaster recovery or failover environments3+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture and designing complex distributed systems, including:Failover strategiesRecovery/rollback processesApplication partitioningExperience monitoring and maintaining the health of virtual machines across multiple data centersPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldUnderstanding of network and storage architectures, including:SCSI, RAID, EthernetMulti-processor (SMP) designsExperience virtualizing enterprise applicationsFamiliarity with AWS environmentsExperience with VMware v7Strong networking backgroundExperience supporting cloud migration effortsExperience with automation and operational integration across IT infrastructure
