Pay:  $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Tier 1 Pay 0-1 Years experience $22-$24/hour
Tier 2 Pay 2+ Years experience $25-$26/hour

Job description:

1. Set up new customer accounts and users in company systems, ensuring information is entered accurately and completely.
2. Maintain and update existing account and user information to ensure records remain current and organized.
3. Review account information and submitted documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and required information.
4. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing information, corrections, clarification, or approvals.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve routine account-related issues, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary.

Requirements:

• Must have recent previous administrative or customer support experience
• Must be MS Office proficient
• Must live within 30 minutes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
