Working alongside supportive physician colleagues, you'll combine independent practice with teamwork to deliver timely, high-quality care that makes a meaningful difference. To do this, we're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensureGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programNational certification appropriate to training and specialtyComfortable using an electronic health record to manage patient and caregiver communications, results, medication refill workflows, documentation, and team-based care tasksStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, organizational ability, and commitment to patient-centered, age-friendly careAbility to work independently within scope of practice while collaborating effectively with supervising or collaborating physicians and the broader care team Geriatrics, internal medicine, or urgent care experience is preferred. READY TO APPLY?Join a respected healthcare organization that values your expertise, supports your professional growth, and rewards your contributions.
