Transport Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated staff member to join our team at RCOC. This well-respected child care center serves both typically developing and special needs children ages 0 weeks through 14 years. Our transportation program is expanding to accommodate our adult unit for community day field trips and transportation to job sites in June 2026. • Transport children to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Transport adults with special needs to and from home settings, community outings, and to and from job sites.
• Adhere to road rules and regulations, as well as childcare transportation policies.
• Conduct thorough child checks and counts, and log their arrivals and departures.
• Communicate maintenance needs of vans and follow DCF inspections.
• Maintain excellent time management skills to ensure efficient transportation operations.

• Valid Wisconsin Driver License with a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug screening test.
• Pass a thorough FBI background check.

• Hold current CPR/AED/first aid certification.
• Have previous experience in transportation or a related field.
