We are looking for an intentional, goal-oriented DSP to partner with an active, creative 22-year-old male as he works toward major adulthood milestones. This is not just a caregiving role; it is a mentorship position focused on building real-world independence, planning purposeful activities, and expanding community connections.

This individual enjoys:

• Drawing & cooking
• Building miniature cranes
• Collecting Matchbox cars
• YMCA, swimming, movies, & bumper cars

To help him build an independent life, you will assist with:

• Goals: Planning intentional, purposeful community activities
• Independence: Prepping for his own apartment and finding a job
• Connections: Introducing him to new opportunities and friendships
• Communication: Non-verbal support
• Boundaries: Prefers limited physical touch and lots of personal space
• Reliable vehicle
