A respected skilled nursing facility in the Buffalo, NY area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations and drive clinical excellence.

Compensation: $120,000 -$165,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations

• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff

• Drive quality care and clinical outcomes

• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Partner with leadership to strengthen team performance

Requirements

• Active NY RN license

• Skilled nursing experience required

• Previous nursing leadership experience
