Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight and guidance to our social work team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Develop and implement comprehensive social work programs to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address social and emotional needs of residents, promoting a high level of resident satisfaction and well-being

• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide supportive interventions to residents and their families

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

• Develop and manage social work budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and targeting high-priority areas

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, incorporating this knowledge into our social work program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field, with 3+ years of experience in a social work setting

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising social work staff

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work with diverse populations, including seniors, and their families

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
