Junior APR Tier II Technician

Primary Responsibilities:

The APR Technician Tier 2 provides support for routine escalations requiring additional troubleshooting beyond Service Desk capabilities.

Additionally, in this position you will:

• Resolve assigned incidents and service requests.
• Perform remote troubleshooting.
• Document findings and resolutions.
• Support user communication and status updates.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues.
• Maintain SLA compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of IT support experience.
• Understanding of Windows operating systems and desktop support.
