Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing recreational and therapeutic activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, and outings

• Develop and maintain a variety of activities to cater to diverse interests and abilities of residents

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and meet the unique needs of each resident

• Provide support with resident assessments, care plans, and progress notes

• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities and resident participation

• Participate in care planning conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings

• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, bathing, and toileting, as needed

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

Requirements:
