Real Property Analyst

Support a distributed, forward deployed Real Property execution model in which contractor personnel are embedded at designated Readiness Divisions (RDs), the 9th Mission Support Command (MSC), and Army Reserve Funded Installations (ARFIs). Provide daily technical execution support to local Realty staff while reporting strategically to the USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers Directorate. Coordinate daily activities with local DPW Realty staff and submit standardized monthly reports directly to the USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers Directorate to ensure the Accountable Organization maintains visibility of real property execution across all supported locations. Work directly with Realty staff at the local Directorate of Public Works (DPW) to execute day-to-day real property transactions to include updating the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) with acquisitions, disposals, and capital improvements.Plan and execute physical inventories of real property assets. Identify "found on site" assets, research historical documentation (such as as-builts and transfer memos), and prepare DD Form 1354s for capitalization. Submit a Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers Directorate Real Property Branch detailing the number of assets inventoried during the month, status of InSITE remediation efforts (Phase 1 vs. Phase 2 progress), GFEBS transactions processed, issues requiring Accountable Officer (AO) intervention, such as policy conflicts or funding needs, and prepare "Health Check" briefings for USARC leadership regarding the real property status of their assigned Readiness Division (RD)/Army Reserve Functional Installation (ARFI). Execute USARC's phased remediation model to address identified InSITE discrepancies. Support remediation of approximately 625 critical issues across 191 sites, prioritizing assets per USARC direction (>$1M or as directed). Phase 1 addresses administrative fixes (UIC mismatches, FAC/CATCODE corrections, historic status, disposal status) primarily via desktop actions and Phase 2 addresses substantive fixes requiring multi-step validation and on-site measurements to correct quantity errors (square footage/acreage) and verify sustainment and operational status. Provide a monthly InSITE Progress Report included in the MSR. Support audits, and urgent inventories at locations outside assigned duty stations. Support the 88th RD and 81st RD footprints as part of the InSITE remediation effort. Maintain travel readiness, including an active Government Travel Card and a valid passport/Real ID, to deploy within 5 business days of notification for missions within the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and 10 days for missions outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS). Maintain GFEBS Real Property roles including Real Property Maintainer, Real Property Inventory Inspection Processor, Business Intelligence Reporter, and Asset Master Data Maintainer. Reconcile the Universe of Transactions (UoT), resolve Unmatched Transactions (UMTs), and correct Intermediate Document (IDOC) failures between GFEBS and HQIIS (Headquarters Installation Information System), and provide weekly exception logs and corrective action plans. Provide support for HQDA and USARC Real Property-related taskers, G-4 Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) sample testing, and Army audit submissions. This includes assisting in the retrieval and preparation of documentation to address instances of non-submittal or constraints in obtaining required paperwork. RequirementsTwo years' experience in DoD real property Proficiency in GFEBS Real Property roles and HQIISBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Real Property, Real Estate or Facilities Management
