Omega Pediatrics is seeking a professional, dependable Bilingual Pediatric Medical Assistant to support our Riverdale pediatric clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a Spanish-speaking Medical Assistant who enjoys working with children, families, and a collaborative clinical team.

Our practice offers modern pediatric care across multiple Greater Atlanta locations, with patient access hours designed around working families. We are looking for someone who can help create a warm, efficient, and organized experience for every patient visit.

What You Will Do

• Welcome patients and support initial clinical intake, vitals, and rooming.
• Assist providers during pediatric visits and follow clinical workflows.
• Administer vaccines/immunizations as permitted by training and credentialing.
• Support VFC, GRITS, documentation, and accurate EMR charting.
• Help with insurance verification, patient communication, and return patient calls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, child-friendly clinical environment.
• Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking families and help improve patient understanding.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency required.
• At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required; pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong computer, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance, reliable attendance, and a positive team-first attitude.
• Experience with Kareo or another EMR is helpful.
