This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and handling a variety of maintenance projects.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Hotel Maintenance Engineer helps maintain the overall condition and operation of the hotel. Responsibilities include:Performing routine and preventative maintenance throughout the hotelTroubleshooting and completing minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairsPainting, sheetrock repair, and general property upkeepCompleting maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areasInspecting equipment and identifying repairs before they become larger issuesMaintaining tools, equipment, and maintenance suppliesPicking up or ordering parts and supplies as neededExperience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, sheetrock, or general construction is preferred. Hotel maintenance experience is a plus, but we are also willing to consider someone with strong general maintenance skills who is dependable and willing to learn.
