Customer Service Representative

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Front Desk Support

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and team members.
• Respond to customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
• Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up communications.
• Maintain a positive and professional experience for every customer interaction.

Administrative Support

• Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems.
• Assist with filing, record keeping, and data entry.
• Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Support office staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment.

Scheduling & Coordination Support

• Assist with scheduling service appointments and deliveries.
• Help coordinate communication between customers and field staff.
• Monitor schedules and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow up on open requests and update records as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, retail, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
