CNA Dietary Aide
Fairview Skilled Rehab & Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA / Dietary Aide to join our team. This position combines resident care with assistance during meal service.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Assist residents with meals and feeding as appropriate.
- Deliver and collect meal trays.
- Help set up residents for meals and ensure comfort and safety.
- Follow resident diet orders and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
- Report changes or concerns regarding residents to nursing staff.
- Work closely with the nursing and dietary departments.
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Current New York State CNA certification required.
- Nursing home or healthcare experience preferred.
- Dietary or food-service experience is a plus.
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work well as part of a team.
