What You’ll Do

As a Farm Store Warehouse Associate, you help keep the store supplied, orders moving, and customers served safely and accurately. This part-time role supports daily warehouse and store operations so local customers can get what they need without delays.

Key responsibilities include:
- Load/unload deliveries and customer orders
- Fill and handle propane cylinders
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization
- Support the retail floor as needed (basic register/POS and merchandising)
- Maintain clean, orderly, safety-focused work areas

Required skills/qualifications:

- Operate a forklift (willing to obtain onsite certification)
- Strong customer service and clear communication
- Attention to detail and consistent safety habits
- Ability to lift/move heavy items and stay active throughout a shift

A Typical Shift

You’ll work an onsite, flexible part-time schedule in Front Royal, Virginia—weekdays with occasional weekends—making it easier to fit around school, family needs, or other work. Early in the shift, you’ll check priorities with the team, then rotate between warehouse tasks and helping customers as they arrive. You may spend part of the day moving product, staging orders, or supporting seasonal rushes, then switch to the showroom to assist at the counter or straighten displays. Throughout the day you’ll stay aware of safety, keep walkways clear, and communicate with coworkers, drivers, and customers so things run smoothly.
