Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to BCBAs and behavior technicians
Uphold Hidden Talents ABA center-based policies and procedures
Collaborate with caregivers on ongoing training and education related to their child's treatment
Deliver monthly clinical trainings for center-based staff
Ensure site compliance with HTABA policies and procedures
Support daily operational tasks (coordinating cleaning, service appointments, managing supplies, etc.)
Required Experience:
Master's degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Experience developing and implementing behavior-analytic programs
Valid driver's license with reliable, consistent access to a vehicle
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000/year
Benefits:
Relocation assistance available
Work-from-home days once established in the role
CEU opportunities
Company laptop
BCBA recertification reimbursement
Medical, dental, and vision
