Center Director — Atlanta, GA
Full-Time | On-Site with Remote Flexibility Once Established

This role leads the clinical side of our Atlanta center day to day — mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, supporting treatment planning, and making sure our clinical standards and site operations stay strong. Once you're established in the role, remote work-from-home days become part of your regular schedule.

Applicants must be local to Atlanta, GA, or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations for our center-based clients and staff

  • Support initial assessments for new clients, including Functional Behavior Assessments, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS

  • Support BCBAs in developing and maintaining behavior intervention plans and treatment programs, including graphic analysis and medical record maintenance

  • Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to BCBAs and behavior technicians

  • Uphold Hidden Talents ABA center-based policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with caregivers on ongoing training and education related to their child's treatment

  • Deliver monthly clinical trainings for center-based staff

  • Ensure site compliance with HTABA policies and procedures

  • Support daily operational tasks (coordinating cleaning, service appointments, managing supplies, etc.)

Required Experience:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

  • Experience developing and implementing behavior-analytic programs

  • Valid driver's license with reliable, consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000/year

Benefits:

  • Relocation assistance available

  • Work-from-home days once established in the role

  • CEU opportunities

  • Company laptop

  • BCBA recertification reimbursement

  • Medical, dental, and vision

  • Vacation and sick days
