Responsibilities:

• Assist the dietary team with meal preparation, service, and cleaning

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards

• Monitor and report any food allergies, special dietary needs, or concerns to the dietary team

• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving supplies

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless service

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the dietary manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy
