Our Mission is to be intentional in providing customers high quality service and treating each employee as our most valuable asset.Your ImpactAs an Assistant Manager in Divide, you’ll be the General Manager’s go-to support to keep the store running smoothly, safely, and with top-notch service. This role exists to back up daily operations and grow into more responsibility over time.Key responsibilities include supporting customer service and sales, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, helping oversee inventory/cash control, assisting with daily bookwork (reports, invoices, deposits), reinforcing company policies, and guiding the team in a steady, professional way—especially when the GM is out.Required qualifications/skills:- Flexible availability for varied shifts- Dependable, ethical, and trustworthy judgment- Comfortable learning administrative and bookkeeping tasks- Friendly communication and organized follow-through- Ability to direct and support staff consistently with store standardsIf you’re ready to bring reliability, integrity, and a customer-first mindset to the Assistant Manager role, apply today.A Typical ShiftYour day as an Assistant Manager has a nice rhythm: you’ll bounce between helping guests at the counter, keeping the store clean and welcoming, and making sure shelves stay stocked. You’ll also jump in with the team to prepare fresh food while keeping food safety front and center.Between customer rushes, you’ll learn the behind-the-scenes “bookwork,” check in on product audits and ordering, and help keep the schedule and shift coverage on track.
