Babysitter

Looking for someone with experience caring for newborns for my 3-month-old. He is generally a very easy going baby. He does not have a set routine yet, so we are looking for someone flexible and responsive to his individual needs. We have a dog who is a sweetie but has a protective bark when strangers are coming into the house. She will eventually warm up to you but someone who is comfortable with dogs is preferred.
