Babysitter Needed

We're looking to find someone to help our family in Norwalk. I'm a stay at home mom with 2 daughters (ages 4 and 2) and another girl coming in November! Looking for someone to tag-team the afternoon and evening hours. Some flexibility with days and timing for the right person. Open to occasional weekend hours as well. We're looking for someone warm, energetic, reliable, and great with young kids. We do have a very friendly dog. Must be ok with pets. References required.
