Pay Rate: $20.50 – $21.50/hour (determined by experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking a Shipping Specialist to support our client’s warehouse and distribution operations in Roseville, MN. This position is responsible for accurately storing products, preparing customer orders for shipment, processing packages through freight systems, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following established quality, safety, and regulatory procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately store and organize products within the warehouse.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment according to established processes.
• Label and meter packages using various freight and shipping systems.
• Process orders accurately using an ERP system.
• Verify products and shipping information for accuracy before shipment.
• Prepare materials and orders for the following day's shipping activities.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment.
• Follow established shipping, warehouse, and inventory procedures.
• Support Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Support Environmental Management System (EMS) and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping activities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous shipping, warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately prepare and process customer shipments.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Experience working with ERP or warehouse systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.
• Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills.
