Caregivers

Caregivers provide essential support and assistance to elderly individuals and people with disabilities, primarily within assisted living facilities. They help maintain clients' daily living activities with moderate physical support while ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being. This role involves day and overnight shifts to meet client needs effectively.

Part time / Weekends (6 am - 2 pm & 2 pm-10 pm)

Full time / Night shift available (10 pm - 6 am)

Additional night differential pay

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
• Assist with medication management and reminders
• Support mobility and physical movement
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform housekeeping and light cleaning tasks
• Monitor health status and report changes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in patient care
• First Aid certification
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion
